The Victory Vegas Zach Ness was part of the 2011 Victory lineup, a first in motorcycle history. It included limited-edition custom machines from three generations of custom motorcycle builders.

Zach also customized a Victory Kingpin model that gained media attention. It was presented at various shows across North America. The Victory Vegas Zach Ness featured a black color scheme, custom graphics, and a stitched custom leather seat.

The 2011 Victory Vegas Zach Ness was powered by a 1,731cc four-stroke air/oil-cooled V-twin engine managed by a fuel injection system with 45 mm throttle bodies. It generated 97 hp and 153 Nm (113 lb-ft) of torque.

For suspension, the motorcycle packed a 43 mm upside-down cartridge-type telescopic fork on the front with 130 mm of travel and a single spring preload-adjustable shock absorber on the rear with 100 mm wheel travel.

The braking system was retained from the original model, including a 300 mm floating disc on the front and a 300 mm floating rotor on the rear. The front one was clamped by a four-pot caliper, while the rear was assisted by a two-pot caliper.
